Cost Saving Tips
  • Use less expensive diapers. . .although prefolds, contours and fitted diapers are a little more work and usually require a separate cover, they do save you money.
  • When drying your diapers, use a clothes line whenever possible instead of your dryer.
  • If you are in the market for a new washer, seriously consider a front loading washer. They use around 50% less water and energy and they also save energy when it comes to using your electric dryer as cloths from a spin cycle in a front loading machine are wrung out much better and require less drying time.
  • Consider buying a stainless steel mop pail or garbage can from your local hardware store to use as a dry pail. Useful later one for so many things.
  • If you are using flushable liners, depending on your baby's stools you may be able to rip these in half and use only half at a time. It doesn't save you big bucks, but pennies add up.
  • Look to purchase used diapers through local parenting groups or online used sites.
  • Considering by in large quantities. We offer reduced pricing on orders of 12 or more of the same diaper.
  • Once you are done with your diapers, sell them on a used site to recoup some of the money you invested. If your diapers are in excellent condition, you can sometimes get 1/2 your money back!
