Shipping/Delivery
Canada
Within Canada we offer free shipping on orders over $99 Cdn (before taxes and shipping)* and flat rate shipping of $5 for orders less than $99 Cdn (before taxes and shipping)*. We ship via Canada Post. Most orders are sent as a parcel with insurance and a track number; however, some small, flat items may be sent in an envelope instead. Delivery in Canada can range between 2 - 10 business days. If you need your order sooner, please contactLittle Tree Hugger for shipping options/prices.
*please note remote areas of Northern Canada (inc. NT, YT, NU and Labrador, and/or northern portions of BC, AB, SK, MB, ON and QC) are subject to additional shipping fees as per Canada Posts' usual shipping rates. A separate invoice will be sent after an order is placed with the outstanding shipping fees. Feel free to contact Little Tree Hugger to verify shipping charges prior to ordering.
Local Pick-Up
Local pick-up of your items in Beaumont, AB can be arranged by appointment. If planning to pick-up your item(s) select the local pick-up option in your shopping cart to remove shipping charges and email us to arrange the pick-up.
International
Shipping to the continental USA is available. We offer free shipping on orders over $200.00Cdn (before taxes and shipping). Orders that are less than $200.00Cdn at these rates:
$0-$99.99 Cdn = $15Cdn
$100 - $199.99 Cdn = $25.00Cdn
We ship via Canada Post and and we offer insurance valued at $100Cdn included in your shipping rate. If you would like additional insurance coverage it is available for $1.20Cdn/per $100 of coverage and you need to advise us of this before we ship your parcel. Delivery to the continental USA can range between 12 - 14 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional fees such as duty or brokerage fees etc, and Little Tree Hugger is not.

Shipments Returned to Little Tree Hugger
Should a shipment be returned to Little Tree Hugger for no fault ofLittle Tree Hugger (eg. delivery refusal, incorrect shipping address provided, etc.), then the purchaser has the option to pay for shipping again (actual shipping rates apply) to have the order resent, or if the purchaser chooses to cancel their order, they will be reimbursed the amount paid minus actual shipping charges. Please note that actual shipping charges may be more than the shipping charge initally paid by the customer.
