Adorable, Functional, Easy to use.
I've personally never had any leak issues with these. They fit well and seem to be very comfortable for my baby girl! They are the best for us, and we've tried several other one size diapers and always come back to this one! They are priced well, and go a long way.

I like the bumGenius Elementals but they're not my go-to diaper. They fit my 2-month old well, they're trimmer than my pocket diapers and fit well under clothing. I typically don't use them with my 2-year old as I find they don't keep up as well as the Kawaii or bumGenius 4.0s - which are bulkier but seem to absorb more.
I find they take a really long time to dry - no popping them in the dryer on low - I have to hang them up.
They are a really nice looking diaper and seem to hold good value if you're looking to re-sell them once you're past the diapering stage.

I really love these diapers, they are very trim and absorbant. The organic cotton washes up really well it's nice not to have to stuff or unstuff anything. I don't have any issue with dry time because I hang them over night and then just fluff them up in the dryer in the morning for 20 minutes. My only wish is that they were cut fuller, the rise is pretty short and when they are on the higher rise the top seems to turn in a bit. If they fit more like the 4.0 pocket they would be a perfect diaper. When my daughter was chunkier we couldn't use these because they left red marks on her thighs.

The workhorse of my stash!

The vast majority of my cloth diaper stash are the Elementals. I have always preferred them because of how absorbent and trim they are. I ended up liking the snaps more than the velcro because I found that the velcro wears out pretty quickly with Bum Genius. The only downside for these is that I'm starting to get small holes in the inner cotton (after 2 years of heavy use). It doesn't affect their function at all but it's still disappointing.

pros: nice colours, like the aplix or snaps options, though snaps don;t wear out like the aplix does, nice soft organic material against baby that doesnt get crunchy or pilly, one-size is awesome, seems to be more of a true one-size, fit my little one from birth and she is still on the second setting at 5 months, very absorbent
cons: aplix isnt very strong on that version but i like the fit i get better with the aplix on my wiggly 5 month old....not really any other complaints other than i wish they had lots of neat prints
