I don't use these very often but I have used them in the past and had success with them. I wouldn't buy them on a regular basis but I've had times where I wanted to use a lot of non-diaper friendly cream and used these as a barrier between her and the diaper. They also gave some added absorbancy and stay dry feeling at night.
