This diaper salve smells nice and works good, but I find it isn't very pliable. It ends up coming off in chunks unless I mash it up first (which is kind of messy). Overall it does the job that a diaper salve should do, it's just not very easy to apply.

I really like this Salve. My son was routinely getting diaper rashes even though he was getting diaper free time, and frequent diaper changes, etc. We started using this product after we were FINALLY able to get rid of his last rash and have been rash free ever since.
It isn't very pliable so what I do is take the amount of the salve I'm going to use and put it on the top side of my hand before wiping his bum clean. This gives it a little time to warm up and soften so I can easily apply it to his bum. I find it goes on very smoothly this way.
I keep a regular tin on his change table and a sample sized tin in our diaper bag.
