AppleCheeks™ One-Size Bamboo* Insert provides 2 layers of VERY thirsty 70% rayon from bamboo/30% organic cotton fleece to give you absorbancy that can't be beat! Fold this insert in half to make 4 layers, or for heavier wetters, fold it in thirds to make 6 layers. Use this prefold in an AppleCheeks™ Envelope Diaper Cover or most other brands of pocket diapers. Bamboo is perfect for the heaviest wetter as it retains twice as much moisture as cotton alone for its weight! And plus bamboo's antimicrobial properties make it the healthy choice for your baby's bottom. Natural fibres also shrink approx. 10-15% of their original size.

These bamboo inserts are the best, they soak up so much moisture. I've never had a leak with one of these! I find them a lot more absorbant than microfiber. They're also very soft! The only downside is that they take a little bit longer to dry after washing.

These are the only inserts I use. I find them super easy and so does my husband. I love that they are one size and fit into both the size 1 and 2 Applecheeks covers which will be great in May when we will have a newborn in diapers and a toddler in diapers.

I find them super absorbent and they do great on long car trips or outings.

I have one of these inserts. It works well and I like that it stays nice and soft. I find this one a little bulkier than my AMP bamboo inserts and it bunches up in a funny way since the outside edges shrunk a bit in the wash...
